STMC / EHH Recognizes Board Members

Winchester, Tenn. – Southern Tennessee Medical Center and Emerald-Hodgson Hospital were pleased to recognize two of their Board members who were retiring from the STMC / EHH Board of Trustees.  At the year end Board meeting on December 29, 2011, Board members Ms. Beth Rhoton and Dr. Jerry Forster were honored with gifts in appreciation of their dedication while serving as members of the STMC / EHH Board of Trustees.

Ms. Beth Rhoton is the Winchester City Administrator and has served as a Board member since January of 2006.  Dr. Forster is Chief Financial Officer of The University of the South and during his term as Board member since 2002, served as Board Chairman from January 2008 through December 2011.  “We look to our Board of Trustees for guidance in delivering exceptional care to patients in our community,” states Phil Young, CEO.  “It is with Board members such as Ms. Rhoton and Dr. Forster that Southern Tennessee Medical Center and Emerald-Hodgson Hospital are able to accomplish this goal.”
